My grandmother Ellen Warren Wilson married to Charles Horacio Thomas in Panama. I believe my grandmother was borned in Bocas del Toro. Her family is from Jamaica but they could have made a stop in Costa Rica. Did you find information about your lineage?

From what I understand, my great grandfather and his brother went to Costa Rica from Jamaica. My great grandfather stayed in Costa Rica and farmed his own land. His brother left and settled in Panama where he started a family. Their names were Cecil and Sonny Wilson. Sonny may be a nickname.

My grandmother's mother name was Lydia Wilson. She died 1950 and buried at Corozal Cementary Canal Zone. Her son Hubert King was the on responsible for burial there.

My great grandmother was named Lydia Wilson. My understanding that she was born in Westmoreland, Jamaica. She died in Panama in Jan '50 and lived mostly in Bocas del Toro. Her first husband lastname was King and their children were Hubert King and Vicent King (twins). Her second husband was Joseph Uriah Warren their children are/were: David Warren, Greetell Warren, Ellen Virginia Warren (my grandmother), Joseph Warren, Rockefeller Warren, Jerry Warren.
