I am looking for the parents of Arthur E. MacLachlan b.1890 ceylon, British Isles. I have no idea what his parents names are . I have been told they owned a tea plantation in Ceylon. Arthur married Hope Delamere Cooke b. 1890 in New Delhi, India. Her parents are John Walter Scott Cooke and Annie Alice McGowan. I have no further information on them. I have also been told that Arthur was the youngest sibling and Hope had two sisters, Mona? and Erma??. This is all so overwhelming since there are so many John Cooke's and hardly any A.MacLachlan's. Arthur and Hope had a son Norman in 1914, Java, Kuala Lumpur.
