Orville E. Jones, died April 3 at his home two miles north of Miller's Station. Mr. Jones was in his 82nd year, being born in 1835. He was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Jones, pioneer residents of that section of the county. One son, Lewis A. Jones survives. The funeral services were held Thurs. afternoon and interment was made in the Miller's Station Cemetery.
