I have discovered almost 600 names from the1910 Indian pop-
ulation census of the counties inside the Creek Nation territory
in which the citizens are listed to have both Creek blood and
Black blood. I would like to find decendants of any of these
people. And while I don't have nearly enough space to list all
of the names I have found. I will list the names of those whose
citizenship I have verified through the Dawes roll. They are as

I notice you have posted my great grandfather Ben Grayson # 871, His mother was Susan Grayson # 8428 full blood Creek, His father was Doc Grayson, I am still searching for info on him. Ben had six brothers, Robert # 1189, Willie # 1190, Joe # 3707, John # 5714, Isaac # 1652, James L. # 870.
Ben Grayson married Menerva Grayson, she is listed on the Dunn rolls # 4472. Her mother was Racheal Grayson, dunn roll # 3269. Menerva's father was Robert Grayson (died before enrollment) I believe Robert was the son Samson Grayson, the same as on the 1832 census from Hitch o par tar ga Town (ALA). Ben's kids were Albert, Lucinda, Eli, Mark, Ollie, Lula and Doctor, all are listed on Dunn card # 1200. I have some doubt on Ben's mix-blood race, was it African or Scottish. this is just a little update on Ben Grayson #871, As you know his mother was Suan Grayson #8428 and his father was Doc Grayson. I went to Fort Worth and found proof of heirship documents and other papers and also some death certificates. It prove to be great info on the family. I found out that Doc Grayson was the brother of Joe Hutton ( also known as Joe Grayson) His father was Jim Grayson and mother was Venus or Benus Grayson. He had other brothers and sisters.
Also Susan Grayson maiden name was Harjo. That is on her proof of heirship papers and a few death certificates of her kids. It will be nice to here from you soon. Eli
