In the will of Daniel W. Lee, written March 17,1876, and filed October 16, 1876 in Fannin Co., Texas, he mentions Nancy Freeman, wife of William Freeman. Is Nancy Daniel Lee's daughter, who married William Freeman? Was this William Freeman previously in Iowa and Tennessee? Is he the brother of Jackson Freeman, b. TN, lived IA 1850s and thereafter in TN. The grandson of Jackson Freeman, John W. Freeman and wife Martha were living in Bailey, Texas in 1893. Can anyone tell me if these families are related? Any information appreciated. Thanks, Beverly

I am of search for a William C. Freeman who was in White CO., TN. as early as 1812 and through the 1830 Census. He was born abt. 1780-1790. Three of his sons were most likely a Robert S. Freeman, Dock/D.S./ Doctor Freeman who married a Sally Smith in White CO., TN. in 1839, & William Freeman who married Nancy Brock in 1839 in White CO., TN.
I have Copies of Deeds with the names of Abner Freeman , William C. Freeman & Nancy R. Freeman. Could William & Nancy be my William C. Freeman?
