Hello all. If anyone is interested, here there are some clues about our danish ancestors. Maybe I'll find a far cousin here, who knows? :)

My grand-grand-father, Niels Adolf Kjaer, came from Vissing, Denmark in 1890, but there were some relatives from Aalborg. Niels had 4 sons, Axl, Soren, Hans and Valdemar (my grand-father). Valdemar had 2 sons e 2 daughters (Aneliz, Niels Augusto, Mary and Dan Franklyn).

I know almost nothing about my grand-grand mother. Her name was named Hansine Hemmeth Kjaer and she died young.

There are other 2 old branches of Kjaers in South America, but they are not directly linked to my branch. One live in the northeastern region of Brazil (with some persons in North region and some in Rio de Janeiro) and the other live in in Argentina.

The only link I know between old American and Brazilian Kjaers is in New York. I found a postcard from the 19th century addressed to my grand-grand-father.

If any of you come to Brazil in the Olympic Games or the next soccer world cup, give me a hello! And please, forgive me by my awful english. :)
