My father died two years ago, Salvatore Cosmo Italiano. He has one surviving sister. The Italiano family is a large one, but one that never kept up with one another. My father's father was Vito Italiano, born August 4, 1904 and married Adele Caligari Italiano. There were many brothers and sisters in the family. Three of the brothers names were Joseph, Peter and Jimmy. There is a cousin Anna Maria Louisa Italiano, which I cannot locate that may have some information. These individuals come from the Bronx, New Rochelle, Westchester section of New York. I have nothing beyond the 1904 date in the US and would love to find out any other information anyone might have.

Hi Linda, I received your message about information on the Caligari family. About the only information I can give you is that my grandmother's name was Adele Caligari Italiano. Caligari being her maiden name. My father had a family member that was named Frankie Caligari that lived in New York (Mt. Vernon or the Bronx) and then later moved to Fredericksburg, Virginia (he is now deceased). I don't know if perhaps these can be helpful to you or not. Let me know. Good Luck!
