Does anyone have accurate information on how to go about obtaining birth records from a birth that took place in 1891? I am looking for information on my great grandfather, George Rusu...whom was born in what I believe is Cuzdrioara, a commune of Cluj.
Any info would be appriciated.

On the internet you will not find something like this. You have to make researches at the State Archives in Cluj.
