SHOOK,Samuel b. 09 AUG 1812 New York State (site unknown)
Came to OH & located at Huron, Erie Co. OH 1846. Married Keziah Ann Pedrick 1844. Came to Napoleon, Henry Co. OH 1859, eventually moving to Toledo, Lucas Co. OH. Six children; 4 of whom Isaac P., John, Hannah, James. Looking for Shook kin. Also interested in his life in New York. Have copy of obituary, which states, "Follwed the sea by trade from age of 15 until a few years ago."

I am looking for an Abner Shook that married a Effie (Ward) Weasel after her husband died in 1924. I found a marriage record for them in Wood County OH in 1927. Found them in the 1930 census in Toledo and then haven't found them since. But Effie is buried with her first husband in the St Augustine's Cem under the name of Effie Weasel again. Was wondering if you have an Abner and what happened to him
