I have an obit for Cora A Olewine nee Frey. Her obit states she was b. in West Penn Forest, Carbon Co., PA. Cora d. Nov. 6, 1961 in Jim Thorpe, Carbon Co., PA. Her full dates are b. Nov. 29, 1882 & d. Nov. 6, 1961. There is no mention of her husband's first name. She may have been found in 1910 PA. census with her husband being Clyde Olewine. b. abt. 1877 in PA. The 1920/1930 census lists her in Allentown, PA. still married but no children or husband in sight. Her marriage took place abt. 1903. If Clyde is her husband it gets confusing because there is a Clyde Olewine with wife Blanche in the 1920 census living in Allentown. Possibly the sme man. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I found a Cora Olewine, married to Edwin H. in Towamensing, Carbon, PA, in the 1900, 1910 and 1920 census, with daughters Helen, Alma and Alice and son-in-law Otto Altrichter (in 1920). She seems to me more likely than the Cora in Allentown but without knowing more can't be sure.

That's not her, because the Cora Frey Olewine I am looking for was still living at home with her family in the 1900 census. But thanks for the info.
