By 1910 they have four children, four living:

http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/nd/adams/census/1910/003-2...

In 1920 there are six children in the house including the triplets. The wife's name is listed as 'Della' in both these censuses:

http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/nd/adams/census/1920/04-01...

This might be the son Harry/Henry in 1920, living away from home:

By 1930 only the triplets are at home:

http://www.lib.ndsu.nodak.edu/ndirs/databases/bio.php - Louis Otos is mentioned in this index, you could send away for the info in the book for $5 (or see if the book's available through interlibrary loan).

Louis H. Otos d. 03/11/1942 in Adams Co, and Mary D (Della?) Otos d. 02/21/1956 also in Adams Co.

http://www.state.nd.us/hist/sal/charge.htm#search - the ND state historical society will do obituary searches also.

Kenneth M. Otos d. in 2000 in Minnesota (ssdi) MN death index shows his mother's maiden name as Jones - is this your family?

My name is Louis Howard Otos. I live near Atlanta Georgia. My father's name is Martell Eugene Otos (d.May 2004). His father's name was Harry Otos and I heard through family talk of the triplets who were, I think, his siblings. I was told that I was named after their father, my great grandfather but nobody was certain what the H was for so my middle name became Howard. I have an aunt and uncle in Oregon

They seem to have the deepest well of family history of anyone I know.

I sent the photos I had last year to a Louis Howard Otis, a relative of the triplets. I would be interested if you have any info on them. I believe they didn't have any direct descendents. Thanks
Judy

Yes two of the triplets had children. I would love to see the picture that you have of them. What is your connection to the triplets? My father was their brother.

I really don't have any connection to the triplets, other than I found original photos of them in a book on Perkins County, South Dakota that I had purchased from a used book shop in Oregon. I wanted to get the photos back to a family member and posted a query on this board. I mailed them to Louis Otis in Atlanta, Georgia. See his posting on this thread and you can e mail him for copies of the photos. I wish I had your posting first, because I would have mailed them to you, Oh well!! Glad to know they had offspring.

Sorry I misspelled the last namein my last message, it should read; I sent photos to Louis Otos. I have a book called Prairie Pioneers that has a picture and a blurb about the Otos family in the early 1900's. If you don't have this and would like the article I could scan it and send it to you. Reply to my e mail address jswinkel@cox.net and we can bypass this message board.

Hi!
I have some old papers from your grandfather. The are 'Certificate of Completion of Studies' from 1912 and 1913. Would you like them? If so, please email me at maximumsmom@aol.com
