I see you posted my family name with your search of the Terrian family name. Our family came over from Germany in 1852 and at first settled in Milwaukee county then moved north to the Town of Harrrison in Calumet county near Menasha Wisc. If this helps you at all. let me know. Howard Steffens

in 1955 I have a brother born in 1957, my father was Jim Terrien born Dec. 2 1932,
passed away in Feb.? of 1985, born in Powell River, BC. My grandfather Victor Terrien
I believe was born in France. Hi wife my born we think in England. My parents were divorced
when I was young and both had remarried. my father's second wife is Anit Terrien, they have
3 children. Cordell, Michelle and another girl(I forget her name), shwe was maried and had
a little girl. I have an Uncle Victor who is living in Seattle, Washington, now. I hope I

The Terrian name comes into my wife's mothers family. I see yours has an e in the end of your name and this one is a. Anyway here goes . Mildred Kuhr daughter of Claus Kuhr and Mary Nel Vogt married Fred Hilldebrand Feb 22 1908 in Menasha Wisc. and had a number of children the first being Irene Augusta born July 18 1908 she would marry Victor J.Terrian Nov 25 1924 in Menasha, Wisc. he died July 19 1957 in Menasha and they had 4 children LaVerne,Velma, Helen and Dale. Victor J. Terrian is my father's brother. My fathers name is Edward James Terrien. Edward was born October 21 1903 in Flintville, Wisconsin. He had 11 brothers and sisters including Victor J. Terrian. I think six of them died as infants or children under 8 years of age. His father is Joseph Terrian who was born in Canada April 16 1857. His mother was Mary J. PRICKETT. His grandrather was Hector Terrien. I have information going back to N. Terrien born about 1585. But that is as far as I have found so far. Victor J. Terrian is definitely my uncle. My Great Grandfather was William TERRIAN, born 1891/1892. We believe his father's name was Joseph, and a brother Peter and possibly a sister Dora. The places associated with them are primarily in Minnesota, but I have very little info. about the family.
