My grandmother, Mary/Marie JIRASEK, b.1887 in Kublov, Bohemia, d.1950, in Phillips, Wis. came to the U.S. from Kublov, Bohemia in the Czech Republic. She married Karel/Charles MENCL in Cleveland, OH. Her father was Josef/Joseph JIRASEK, b.1860, d.1905, son of Jan/John JIRASEK (no dates), son of Josef/Joseph JIRASEK (no dates).

Well, all I know is that my grandfather Frantisek (Frank) Jiracek came to America in 1913 from Bohemia. I know he married Gizele Spika also from Bohemia. I am trying to find out more information. Is that all you have too?

I am the oldest grandaughter of Jan and Anna Jirasek. I know that Jan had several brothers and I believe one sister.
Jan, Frank, Joseph, William and I can't recall the last brother's name.

Jan and Anna had one son, John Charles, and one daughter May.
