I would like to know the parents of Patrick Forbes, who migrated from S.C. to the Mississippi Territory in the late 1700s and from there to Louisiana in the early 1800s. Probably died in what is now East Baton Rouge Parish about 1804. His Revolutionary War records in S.C. give his place of birth as Pennsylvania and his age as 16 in August 1775. His wife was Lucretia Sims, daughter of John Sims of Granville County, N.C. and wife Sarah Bullock. Any help on this Forbes line will be appreciated.
