"Hugh" worked alongside his brother, Charles Edmond Williams, on the railroad in Orange, Texas. He was born @1860 and died in Oklahoma @1940. I am told that he did something or got involved in something and spent two years in prison in Orange. I'm having trouble finding records for that or those of railroad workers. This family is full of wild rumors, but it is also said he was a Texas Ranger. Hm...
