From church records (Diocese of Pittsburgh) it appears that my great-grandfather came from Lipnik, born in 1866. Our family name has become Secan, but on his marriage record (from the Diocese) it was listed as Secsin. I just now upgraded to Ancestry's world-wide databases and was seriously bummed that they have almost zero information from that part of the world. Any ideas where to start chasing this down?

Also, my great-grandmother (Pavlakovic, born in 1870) appears to be from Vukova Goriza, which is near (but not next to) Lipnik. As far as I can tell, they came over separately and met in Millvale, PA. Any ideas on her would also be appreciated.
