Looking for information on William New/Newe.

Was in a relationship (unsure if married? - no record on NSW BDM)with Julia Ann Hannan in West Maitland, NSW Australia. He was living at 35 Hannan Street West Maitland with his son William and daughter Ruby Gladys in the 1930 Australian Electoral Rolls. Julia Hannan(my grtx 2 Grandmother) died in a house fire in West Maitland in 1927. If anyone can help me with info or point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.
