Greetings Family,
The reunion committee has finished making the plans for the upcoming Preston Family Reunion scheduled for August 5th-7th in Little Rock, Arkansas. The theme of this year’s reunion is “Bridging Generations: Connecting Our Roots & Creating Family Ties”. We are dedicating the Reunion to helping the family understand the importance of family history and heritage. The family will be gathering at the LaQuinta Inn & Suites in downtown Little Rock at a discounted rate of $67.50 per night. The itinerary will be as follows: Friday, August 5th the family will meet and greet each other during the day until 6:30pm. We will then gather in the lobby and head out to the Professor Bowl West for Family Fun Night. We have lanes secured for unlimited bowling and there will also be food and refreshments provided. Saturday, August 6th, we will gather at Burns Park under pavilion #9 for a day of family games, food, laughter and sharing. Sunday, August 7th, there will be a designated place of worship for the family members that would like to attend church service. The family will also sit down and enjoy a huge spread of some of Arkansas’ finest southern cooked food at Brown’s Country Restaurant.
We hope that everyone will use the reunion to build on existing relationships and create new ones that will last a lifetime. We look forward to seeing everyone in August.
