ADOPTEE SEARCHING FOR BIRTH FAMILY baby boy adoptee born 8/13/64:

- August 13, 1964 in St. Louis, Mo
- Born at 2:21 pm
- Weighing in at 8lbs
- A baby BOY was born
-biological mother was 39, short, 140lbs, allergic to aspirin, divorced and Protestant (according to birth record from booth memorial)
-biological father had a history of twins in his family
- I have 2 siblings born before me one brother 1940 and a sister born in 1945? (This is also from birth record... Which is very hard to read the handwriting so these dates may be off)
-I was either born at Salvation Army Booth Hospital / maternity home in St. Louis Mo or transferred here. I know for a fact I was here though. My birth certificate does not state a hospital name but instead an address which points back to the old Jewish Hospital in St. Louis that is now Barnes Jewish Hospital - 216 S. Kingshighway
-Adoption may have taken place in Illinois or Missouri... Possibly St. Clair circuit court, family division in Belleville Illinois. I believe Dorothy Modglin was my caseworker. (Info from hospital record)
