I am trying to locate information on my maternal grandmother. Her given name was Viola Hugg, she was born around 1910 in St. Louis. She was adopted at around 3-4 years old by Louis and Edith Kuhlmann. After adoption, Viola's name was changed to Elva Edith Kuhlmann. Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give me!
