I am trying to find information to confirm the lineage of my Great Uncle Christian Schumacher. He enlisted in the German army around 1872 and was born around 1854. His parents were Frederick Carl & Maria Schumacher (we don't know Maria's maiden name yet). Any help or info. would be much appreciated!
