Looking for JAMES PHILLIPS and wife HARRIETT HUGHES family pre. 1913. That year their 3 children Henry 14, Florence 11 and James 9 were sent to Canada by Britian. James (my Grandfather) believed his father to be deceased and his mother to be living at that time. Any suggestions as to where to start a search from here in Canada would be appreciated. Thanks
