I am searching for any relatives of Timothy John Scarlett on behalf of his daughter Denise Yvonne Scarlett my stepsister. He was adopted but has birth registration of 22/20/1937 which we do not know is true as we cannot find any records and the adoption agency has told us any records around that time have been destroyed. He also had a sister who was also adopted and we gather lived in Wales somewhere in Gwynedd or near. His adoptive mother lived and died we think in Southport, Lancashire about 1977/1982 but we do not know her first name only the surname Scarlett. He married my mother Violet Davies in 1960 and Denise was born 1961. I have tried all other avenues but come up blank. I am really hoping that someone out there might be able to help us.
