The Will Of Thomas Rockhill
In the name of the Benevolent Father of all
I, Thomas Rockhill of Monroe Township county of Allen, Stare of Ohio, do
make and publish this my Last Will and Testament
I, give,devise and bequeath to my wife Mary E. Rockhill all my lands,
stock, household goods,furniture and chattels in my possession at my
decease her natural life. Expecting one acre of land in the Northeast of my
orchard, East line of said land to be in line of West line of Main Street
of Rockport. The above specified land I give , devise and bequeath to my
son Samuel B. Rockhill. Also he shall have the cider press that is on the
farm.
I authorize my wife to sell as much thereof my goods and chattels as
maybe scuffing to pay my just debts.
At the death of said wife the real estate and other property aforesaid in
her possession I give, devise, and bequeath to my sons Samuel B. Rockhill ,
John. W. Rockhill, Lambert Y. Rockhill and my d daughter Elizabeth A
Rockhill Lanning.
I do hereby nominate and appoint John R. Marshall Executor of this my Last
Will and Testament

In Testimony hereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this the 2nd Day
of August A. D. 1892.
