would some kind soul please lookup obit on Edwin or Irwin Mayer died 4 Jul 1914 in LA. do not know how many papers were being published at that time and I know LA is a big area, in 1920 his widow was living in north LA on 4th street.
and maybe they were in the same area in 1914.
