I am aware that you are able to search fairmile hospital records by going to the Berkshire records office. However I don't live in Reading and wondered if anyone is aware of where else I can search for these type of records. My grandma's cousin was at fair mile hospital in Cholsey I believe up to 1964. She was born 1935 and died 1964 at fair mile due to mental health issues.

Does anyone know or researched what it was like during this period of time at fairmile?
