I am looking for any information on Andreas Diekmann (b.1813), his wife Christine Schach and family. His birth place was Lewe which I believe was the old name for the Goslar area. He emigrated to Adelaide, Australia in 1857 and his family, including daughters Wilhelmine Marie Sophie (b.1840) and Auguste Sophia(b.1850) and son August Heinrich(b.1852), arrived some years later. As the shipping list does not seem to have survived and I can’t find any evidence of her death here, I am not sure whether his wife came. An older son or perhaps brother, Johann Franz had emigrated in 1855.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
