I'm looking for information about my Great Uncle, Ozhare Johnson, known as Ozzy. He was brought up in Lincolnshire, where he was a groom. Then he served with two different regiments during WW1. He was discharged as sick from the first one, then joined the Royal Berkshire Regiment in 1916, where he served at home, presumably as he wasn't fit enough for active service. After the war he married Violet Hilda Bailey in Uffingdon 1922. She was the daughter of Henry and Belinda, formerly Breakspear, of Uffindon. There is one possible birth for a son, Frederick in Maidenhead district 1922, the mothers maiden name is correct.
