In Russ Waller's online surname index to the 1851 census, he indicates the surname Bartley does appear in the Kingston Township census. I have searched through every page of the online 1851 census and come up empty. I believe this to be the family of John & Susan Bartley whose first two sons indicate they were born in Kingston & Frontenac Co. respectively. The family was in Perth County by 1861. Can anyone tell me on what page this entry appears.
