Just wondering if there is any update to the previous thread about connecting Dr. Amasa Joslin from Spencer, IN to Olivia Josselyn? I know in order to test the female DNA you need a daughter of a daughter of a daughter & we didn't have that a couple years ago. For instance, my husband's family is descended from Amasa Joslin, down through the Beem's to Stanley Beem Zaring, his daughter Marion Sandra Zaring, her son William Childress, Jr., and now my children, a boy & a girl, so if there have been advancements in DNA since then, let me know. The Myles Standish connection has been family folklore for way too many generations and everyone wants to get it substantiated! :)
