I have a technical problem. I had both my mum and dad DNA tested, and now want to download all the results and reports before this facility is removed from Ancestry. Unfortunately the link to the Full Report for my mother's mtDNA does not work. I can't view or download it. All the other links work fine, just this one. Can anyone help please?
