Other queries on the Diehm name have led me to this area of Germany. I am looking for parents and/or siblings of Casper Diehm b. 1839 in Baden. He married Anna Miller from Prussia about 1860. They emigrated to Clinton County, MI, USA in 1866. They had three children at the time they emigrated: Casper, Jr., Joseph and Peter. Anna may have been pregnant with 4th child, Matthew since he was born in 1866. They may have been traveling with Charles Biederstadt and/or Johanna Story. Charles and Johanna emigrated to US in 1866 as well, married in US, lived across the street from the Diehms and their daughter Freda married the son Joseph. Any info on other Diehms that might link would be appreciated. Thank you.
