WARREN, Ohio – Robert Joseph Brewer, 55, died at his home.

He was born Dec. 10, 1953 in Zanesville, Ohio the son of Myron Eugene Brewer and Mary Louise Jones.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was an over the road truck driver for many years, most recently with Kraftmaid Cabinetry.

Robert was an avid fisherman, Steelers and Indians fan.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra (Clutter) Brewer, whom he married March 27, 1983; two sons, Michael and Mark Brewer of Niles, Ohio; two daughters, Bobbi Jo Brewer of Warren and Holly Brewer of Florida; four grandchildren, Andrew Brewer of Florida and Joseph Brewer, LeAndra Shick and Trenton Brewer, all of Warren; his father, Myron Eugene; his stepfather, Anthony Rosace; two brothers, Mark Brewer of Girard, Ohio and Terry Brewer of Newark, Ohio; three sisters, Connie Hughes of Liberty and Peggy Brewer and Tina Honaker, both of Girard; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Louise Rosace and an infant sister, Brenda Kay.

A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 30, 2009 at the McClurkin Funeral Home in Girard, Ohio.

Family and friends may call one hour before the service.
