Add Gilliam (1905-1973) was my significant others grandfather. We belive he was in prison for manslaughter but unsure of the dates. We know he was living at home in the 1930 census. Will check the 1940 as soon as Kentucky is indexed and easily searched. I have made inquiries about Kentucky prison records to no avail. I have also searched newspaper archives.

We are wondering if anyone has ny info on Add Gilliam and perhaps exactly why and when/where he was in prison. We believe it was sometime in the 1930's but unsure of when. For reference, he was married to Alta Owens(1912-1943).
