Where might I find resources for the early 1830's that show immigration through Quebec, Canada to the US? I have an Isaac Waugh that immigrated from Ireland to Mercer County, Pennsylvania via Quebec. I've check the databases on Ancestry.com, but cannot find the right person. There is a large gap in the records that show up for this surname. Am sure of the approximate date based on ages of his children in the US Census for Mercer County, Pennsylvania for 1850, 1860 and 1870. He and his family arrived abt 1831/32.
