I am attempting to establish a lineage through Phoebes line back through Va. Any possible Brothers or Uncles named St.Clair, Sinclair, Sinkler, etc.Possibly of Columbiana, Co. Ohio or environs. Any Jacksons followed this line closely perhaps? Thank You
