My mother was fostered as a baby but never adopted. I am trying to find any information on her natural mother. My mother(kathleen Bernice Frater) was born in Wellington(?) on 6 September 1936, her mothers name on the birth cert reads Trilby Gertrude Jane Mumford Frater, father unknown. Any information would be fantastic
