I'm looking for Lewis/Louis WISE family in Adair County. I find him in the 1920 census in Kirksville. He was born in 1856 in Kansas. I have information on his Irish parentage going back several generations. He married Emma Duncan, most likely in Osage County Kansas in 1878.
