I am trying to track down Michael Naughton and his family:
Michael Naughton (nee Anderson) - B 1862 - Roscommon Ireland
Elizabeth - wife B 1859 - Tipperrary Ireland
Mary - daughter B 1891 - Wexford Ireland
John B - Son B 1894 - Wexford Ireland
Michael Joseph - Son B 1895 - Wexford Ireland
Isabella (Agnes) - Daughter B 1898 - Wexford
Michael reired from the Royal Irish Constabulary 1907 and pensioned. Notes say pension to be paid to Ottawa.
With the release of the 1911 Canadian Census I have found a family with matching names and birthdates living in Halifax in 1911. The transcription had put them as Raughton but is being corrected. They lived at 45 Creighton Street.
It states he was a steamship man? for Allan Lines.
I cannot find any further trace of them though in any records. Can anyone help or looking at this family?
