I am looking for the marriage of John Wigley and Sarah Dailey between 1866 and 1870. I am also hoping to find info on the death of John Wigley, between 1887 and 1890. I have tried the New Castle Public LIbrary site with no luck. Any assistance or suggestions would be much appreciated.
