Does anyone happen to have blazon records / info from any authoritative source (not a bucket heralds version please) of the following names....

Eloff of Netherlands / Dutch
Venter of Belguim / Netherlands / Dutch
Roos of Netherlands / Dutch
Bluhme of Denmark
Devenague of France
Folster .... (pre Australian, possibly English ?)
Tully of Irish / British ... and Swan of Germanic extract ....

I'm busy trying to trace and document all armoural records pertaining to these family names and any help would be greatly appreciated
