I found a letter written by my ancestor Eliza Jane Jones Weber (1848-1921) in 1898. In it she references spending Christmas with Grandma Bush. My best guess is that it is her father's (William Jones 1820-1886) mother.
Eliza Jane was married to a George Weber who was born in Germany, so I don't think Grandma Bush is from the Weber family.
Eliza Jane also mentions staying with a Will and Lizzie Bush. Will is the superintendent. Eliza Jane lived in Cane Hill. She mentions visiting Sugar Hill and Boonsboro as well.
Can anyone shed any light on who Granda Bush might be?
