Wisselsdorf in 1888

Classification: Query
Surnames: Zahlinger, Zallinger, Greiner, Stadler, Klender
My husband's gm Kreszenz ZAHLINGER or ZALLINGER, was born in 1888 in Wisselsdorf. Mullers Gazetteer lists one: "D., BA. Landau a. Isar, s." This may mean "Dorf (village) Bezirksamt Landau a(n der) Isar, see."
Kreszenz was the youngest of 12 or 13; her mother died when she was born. So she was adopted by GREINER & STADLER relatives, who came via Baltimore, MD to WI in Oct. 1892, accompanied by Joseph KLENDER. The last residence in Germany for all was Sattlern or Sadlern.
Does anyone know which map will show Wisselsdorf, Landau and Sattlern? Would Landau be the best place to look for church and civil records for these families, or do I need other facts / jurisdictions first?
