I have a living cousin who is looking for her birth parents. I am doing the best I can using Ancestry resources. I have been active since 2008. We have contacted the state if Illinois and a confidential intermediary has been appointed. We have a copy of the birth certificate listing the birth parents names and ages and supposed places of birth. My cousin was born in Alton, Ill St. Josephs Hospital. The delivering Doctor is deceased. The father named is Robert Lee Ziegler age 21 in May 1955, born in California attending Stanford University. The mother is named Phyllis Ann Sullivan, age 19 in May 1955. Supposedly born in Denver, CO. This is all the basic info I have my cousins adoptive parents are deceased ( surnames Cserney and Mabrey) and she has found nothing in family papers.
