Hi!
my great grandfather was Rufus Freeman, born on March 10, 1884 and died on December 5, 1959. He was the son of John Fulton Freeman and Anna Kelly. Rufus was born in Kershaw County, SC and died in Richland County, SC. He was buried at United Symrna Methodist Church. Rufus had three brothers, John F. (b. July 26,1886; d. Sept 19, 1953), Peter Charles (PC)(b. May 4, 1894; d. November 29, 1968), James (Jim)and one sister, Mattie (married Rev. A.C. Kennedy of Harris, NC). I do know John and Anna were buried in the same location, however they're not markers presently. I know John and Anna lived in Kershaw, although I don't know if they were born there.
I have tried looking through the census records and found Anna's first may have been Julia, although I haven't confirm this with other relatives yet.
