I don't know if anyone can help me, but I am trying to locate the place where Alex Philles came from. I have a draft card and it says that he was born in Mastani, Greece. I have searched the internet and have not found a location called Mastani. I tried Nestani, Greece, but that village was called Tsipiana until around 1926, at least a decade after the draft card was filled out. Is anyone familiar with a Greek location called Mastani or something that sounds like that? I'm at a loss as to where to look. Thank you!
