GERALD C. SYBERT
Gerald C. Sybert, 71, of 145 Oak Ave., Kittanning, died at 8:55 a.m. Thursday at the Armstrong County Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival after suffering an apparent heart attack.
He was born Nov. 12, 1905 in Chicora, the son of Grant and Katherine (Aldinger) Sybert. He was a retired truck driver for Gulf Oil Company and a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Kittanning.
Surviving are his wife, Delilah M. (Brewster) Sybert; daughter, Mrs. Paul (Lilah E.) Frerotte of Kittanning; sister, Mrs. Richard (Pauline) Hinch of Petrolia; and four grandchildren.
A son, Gerald Lee Sybert died Jan. 10, 1952.
SYBERT -- Friends of Gerald C. Sybert, who died Dec. 2, 1976, will be received after 2 p.m. Friday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the John R. Kennedy Funeral Home, Kittanning, where service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, conducted by Dr. Robert H. Thurau, pastor of St. John's Lutheran Church, Kittanning. Burial will take place at Kittanning Cemetery. Arrangements by Kennedy.
