I'm looking for information on William Cullen Harp. He was married to Elizabeth Russian. I descend from their son James Harp. Here is the information I have:

William Cullen Harp (B circa 1768 VA D before 1831 Henry, GA)

I don't have any more than that. I would like to know who his parents and grandparents, etc., were. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
