Has anyone come across the Chapman family in Antwerp? I have an exact date of birth, December 21st 1853 and that she was a British subject. Her birth isn't on the GRO Consular births. Nor is her marriage to Robert Crighton, supposed to have taken place in the British Embassy (don't know date, eldest child born Nov 1883)
