I am searching for information on
Joseph Cairns born Scotland late 1800"s -
Came to Canada served in Canadian Expeditionary Force oversears WW1 - was married prior to going overseas ( wifes name Margaret ( Maggie )
After WW1 they moved to Detroit - My aunt was in contact with him with when her husband died - Lost complete contact now ( I am presuming Joseph is deceased )
His brother Peter also left Canada for Detroit Michigan directly after WW1 - there were family in that area by the name of Johnson (ne Calder )
If anyone has any inclinking to any of the above it would be most appreciated - Looking for decendants of either Joseph or Peter Cairns
